Chicken Pita and Relish Tzatziki

Ingrédients
4x chicken thighs
2.5ml garlic powder
5ml dried oregano
5ml onion powder
5ml smoked paprika
1/2 tbsp Toundra cucumber relish soup
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2-3 mint sprigs
1 garlic clove
1 tomato
1/2 red onion
1 lemon
2x pita bread
salt & pepper
vegetable oil
Préparation
Coat the thighs with the spice mixture.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cook the thighs for 6-7 minutes on each side until the center is cooked.
Grate the garlic. Chop the mint. Thinly slice the tomato and onion.
Mix the yogurt with the mint, the relish, the juice of half a lemon and the garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Top the pita breads with the relish tzatziki, chicken, tomato and onion.
