Festive salmon tartare bites
Ingrédients
4 slices of smoked salmon
225 g (1 ½ lb) of tartare quality salmon, skinless
60 ml (¼ cup) of Nordic relish
1 small chopped French shallot
30 ml (2 tbsp) of mayonnaise.
15 ml (1 tbsp) of chopped chives
10 ml (2 tsp) of chopped capers
5 ml (1 tsp) of white vinegar
5 ml (1 tsp) of fresh lemon juice
15 ml (1 tbsp) of chopped fresh dill.
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Toundra cucumber
80 ml (⅓ cup) of 14% sour cream
hot sauce to taste
a few fresh dill stems.
Préparation
Cut the smoked salmon and fresh salmon into small cubes.
In a bowl, mix the salmon cubes with 30 ml (2 tbsp) of relish, the shallot, mayonnaise, chives, capers, and white wine vinegar, the lemon juice and chopped dill.
Season with salt and pepper.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cut the cucumber into 18 slices, 1 cm (½ in) thick.
If desired, mix the sour cream with the hot sauce in another bowl.
Spread the salmon tartare on the cucumber slices.
Top with sour cream and the remaining relish, then decorate with dill.
